I love that Grant is multi-racial. I loved the movie Hitch. I don't think people realize what a break-through that movie was for those of us who are from multi-backgrounds. Growing up watching Doris Day/Hudson movies and others where the mixed race/black/hispanic was always the supporting character and then have the movie Hitch reverse the stereotype was amazing. Anyway, I find that those of use who live in a multicultural household are more aware of the difference and sameness of the different cultures and races and using him has allowed you to comment on all the multicultures of the Londoners. Love your books!!!!
Just a short note to say thank you, read all four books in the "Folly" series, Fantastic, haven't read anything this good in years, read "Broken Homes in a day, Wonderful read.
Excellent books, loved them, and was hooked from the first few pages of "Rivers"

What happens when two fantastical worlds collide?? One ponders the possible consequences of such an idea; indeed, the books themselves may tremble... Yeah, ok, I *know* it's time for my meds...
