I've used the layers you created for each of the books within a Google Maps mashup. The map allows you to toggle each book's markers on/off, and also shows an variable transparency overlay based on Stephen Walters' "Rivers of London" - used with the artist's permission.
Before sharing more widely, I wanted to ask your permission to use the layers you made - this is what it will look like: http://www.googledrive.com/host/0B66-ZGyJZ15BRWlwUkN5V3dLeGM
And it'd go on the Annotated Rivers of London tumblr http://riversoflondon-annotated.tumblr.com/ on its own page.
Very cool. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOMG... I don't think I complained enough that we don't have a map yet. Can you take it offline and give me a few days to complain?
